The process begins when we first meet you, the client. Everyone has different ideas about what they want their basement to be and we work for you to turn your dreams into reality. FLOORPLAN
A custom floor plan will be created outlining all walls, rooms, doors and various features of your proposed basement plan. This gives the homeowner a better vision of the final product and offers an opportunity to move walls and doors around prior to the commencement of construction.
3D RENDERING
A 3-dimensional rendering will be created to illustrate the functionality of your basement. It offers the client a better idea of wall/door locations, furniture placement and the overall flow of the floorplan. Another excellent opportunity for the homeowner to make any desired changes.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The construction of your basement will be fully managed by myself and a timetable/schedule will be created. It will outline all critical dates and stages of construction designed to provide the homeowner with a better understanding of the processes involved in finishing their basement. Communication is the most important part of the contractor/homeowner relationship!
TRADESMEN
Stewart Drywall only contracts work to professional, licensed, and insured trades. A fully licensed electrician will discuss lighting options with you and set up all required electrical inspections. A fully licensed HVAC professional will create a map outlining optimal runs for heat supplies and returns. A fully licensed plumber will conduct all required plumbing work. We use only the best trades for the jobs they are trained to do!
FINAL INSPECTION
Upon completion of your finished basement, I will meet with you to discuss the project as a whole. You will have this opportunity to voice any concerns you may have had, any suggestions regarding improvements, or anything regarding the project whatsoever.
